"Spark" means clarity that illuminates a dense matter — not fireworks, not sparklers, not an electricity utility, not a dating brand. We are NOT a marketing agency, NOT BrewSpark coffee, NOT an income course, and NOT a government Legal Aid office. The .pro TLD is branding only. We do not guarantee case results, damages or timelines — outcomes depend on facts, counterparties and process.

The Seal Vault is both our counsel chamber at 50 Armenian Street and a philosophy that guides our practice. It represents the standard we apply to every piece of advice: counsel that is documented, reasoned, reviewed, and delivered with the permanence of a sealed instrument. When we say a matter is "on the seal board," we mean it is being actively tracked with defined milestones, deadlines, and a dedicated counsel lead.

We will arrange an initial consultation — in person at our Armenian Street office or via secure video — to understand your requirements. Following the consultation, we provide a scoped fee proposal. Engagement is confirmed once you accept the proposal and we issue a client engagement letter. No solicitor-client relationship exists until that letter is executed.

We offer fixed fees for defined-scope matters (such as company incorporation, will drafting, or contract review), hourly rates for advisory and litigation work, and retainer arrangements for ongoing compliance support. Indicative fee ranges for each practice area are published on our services page. A formal fee proposal is always provided before work commences, and we discuss any scope changes that may affect fees before proceeding with additional work.

Our primary practice is Singapore law. For cross-border matters, we advise on the Singapore law aspects and coordinate with trusted foreign counsel in relevant jurisdictions. We regularly handle matters involving Singapore-incorporated entities with international operations, cross-border contracts governed by Singapore law, and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Singapore under the International Arbitration Act.

We respond to all enquiries within one business day during office hours. For active matters, counsel leads provide structured updates at intervals agreed during engagement. Urgent regulatory deadlines and court filing dates are tracked on our internal matter board to ensure timely action. If your matter requires immediate attention outside office hours, please indicate the urgency in your enquiry and we will assess availability.

Communications with LegalSpark are protected by solicitor-client privilege once a solicitor-client relationship is established through confirmed engagement. Initial enquiries are treated with discretion, though privilege may not attach until engagement is formalised. We do not disclose client information to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, or as necessary for the conduct of your matter (such as filing documents with a court or regulatory agency).

Bring any documents relevant to your matter — contracts, correspondence, regulatory notices, court documents, or corporate records. A brief written summary of the factual background and your objectives is helpful but not required. If your matter involves a dispute, include the chronology of events and copies of communications with the other party. Do not worry if your documentation is incomplete; the initial consultation is designed to identify what additional information may be needed.
